Essex County plans “Thanksgiving Emergency Food Distribution Event” on Nov. 16. Distribution will take place starting at 9 a.m. at the Essex County South Mountain Recreation Complex Codey Arena in West Orange. One thousand turkeys and food boxes will be distributed until supplies last.
