Native American Advancement Corporation founder among organizers of new Cohanzick Nature Reserve opened in South Jersey. Tyrese Gould Jacinto, daughter of longtime Nanticoke Lenni-Lenape Tribal Nation chief, Mark “Quiet Hawk” Gould, purchased an old church and 63 acres of land in Salem County, her nation’s ancestral home before European colonization. The nature reserve will provide conservation, cultural, and educational programming with a focus on Lenape culture.
