Montclair council appoints former at-large councilor Roger Terry to post vacated by Yacobellis in 4-2 vote

Montclair council appointed Roger Terry as town councilor-at-large Oct. 18 in a vote of 4-2. Terry is president of the Montclair NAACP and former at-large councilor and deputy police chief of Montclair. He replaces Peter Yacobellis, who resigned Oct. 12.
